Wimbledon 2012: Timi lost in doubles with Brianti

The Russians few weeks ago played in the final of the Roland Garros.

Kirilenko and Petrova was the clear favourite and they won the encounter easily. Timi in the last moment "came together" with Brianti after her previous partner; Hsieh Su-Wei cancelled their joint appearance shortly before Wimbledon. The Hungarian-Taiwanese duo more than a week ago won the Birmingham tournament, but Timi couldn’t do anything with the partner’s announcement.

Timi and Brianti started well at Wimbledon, they had a break point after 1:1, but they weren’t able to take advantage of the opportunity. Then, the Russians had the same opportunity and they used it. The match was not exciting after 4:2, the second set was one-sided.
