"In the beginning I started the match well. I played aggressively, the good serve alway came when I needed it. After that it was not really a big change, once she broke me, but I closed the set with a good service game. Then I messed up the start of the second set, she had a good service game and a very silly from me ... I fought back, 1:2 and it was 30-0, but I lost that game. It was a key moment in my opinion. Then she got better and better, and I played more and more defensively. At the beginning of the final set I had 1-2 good points, but she controlled the game. I had a chance to fought back, but I lost my service game from 40-15. And then I took her serve...Overall, I'm very disappointed because I did not play well. I need a little time to forget. Of course, there's the double, I want to play well. We'll see ... "- Timi said after the match.

The World No 99 Hungarian player couldn’t won a set in the two pre-tournament: in  Birmingham (235 000 USD) she lost on the main draw, while at Eastbourne (690 000 USD) she lost in the first round of qualifying.
